Jakub Hussar

Jakub Hussar is a director, writer, producer and idea maker. He is the recipient of numerous awards including the Cannes Bronze Lion, Magnesia Litera Award and Czech Game of the Year. Born in České Budějovice, he studied directing and screenwriting at a film academy. During high school, he co-founded the creative group Trinity Pictures and later played a key role in establishing the game studio ARK8 as well as a children’s channel for Czech Television. In 2018, he founded the innovative advertising agency HAZE, where he currently serves as creative director. In 2021 and 2024, he published successful sci-fi biographical novels 0 Tu and X-Tal, both set in the world of Coraab, a universe he has been developing continuously for over twenty-five years.
