Marcel Sauer

Marcel Sauer is a writer and diplomat. He lives in Rome and has previously resided in Tokyo, New York, Vienna, and Washington, D.C. He regularly contributes to newspapers and literary journals. His poetry has been included in the anthology Tra Roma e Praga / Mezi Římem a Prahou (2024). In 2024, he published the poetic and visual guide Rome: Beauty at Every Turn. His forthcoming book, Venice: A User’s Guide, is scheduled for publication in 2026.
